Who we are
Ethos Model Management is an independent agency representing a focused board of models for editorial, runway, and commercial work. Based in New York, we operate with a development-first approach, combining careful scouting with strategic career planning.
We keep our board intentionally curated so that each model receives considered guidance, honest feedback and real support. Our work spans collaborations with fashion houses, magazines, and creative teams who value individuality and integrity.
What “Ethos” means to us
The name Ethos reflects the standard we hold for ourselves and our partners. We believe that casting and representation should be grounded in respect, clear communication, and a realistic understanding of the industry.
We advocate for fair working conditions, transparent fee structures, and thoughtful conversations around image, identity, and representation — for both new faces and established talent.
Development
We focus on sustainable careers, not quick moments. Polaroids, portfolios, comp cards, and placements are planned with long-term growth in mind.
Transparency
Fees, commissions, and expenses are clearly explained in advance. We prioritize open communication with models, clients, and partner agencies.
Representation
Ethos supports diverse talent across backgrounds, genders, and body types, with an eye toward thoughtful, modern casting.
For models
We work closely with each model to build strong foundations: clean digitals, considered test shoots, and clear expectations about the work ahead. Submissions can be made through our Apply page, and only selected applicants will be contacted.
For represented talent, we support placements with partner agencies, schedule appointments, and manage day-to-day bookings across editorial, runway, and commercial clients.
For clients
Ethos provides tailored model suggestions for lookbooks, shows, editorials, campaigns, and fittings. Our board is compact but versatile, with talent suited to both directional and commercial casting.
